Evan was close, but the basic Charger came with a variety of engines up to 383 cid. The R/T came with a standard 440 cid, Chrysler NEVER made a 430, that was Buick. The biggest problem is that it most likely won't run and you will have to tow, or have it towed to you place, so you want to keep it local. Also realize that Mopar parts are not the easiest to come by as well as being expensive. Buick . How to Replace Audi Brake RotorsIt's important to inspect your Audi rotors if and when you experience lurching or wobbling of the vehicle during braking. If the rotors show signs of cracking or pitting, they may require replacement. These instructions can be followed to replace the rotors on any Audi, though it is worth noting that there are many brake caliper design variations among the different Audi models and the numerous aftermarket brakes that may have been installed on your Audi. With this in mind, it is important to cross-reference these instructions with a service manual specific to your year and model of Audi. Difficulty:Moderately Easy Instructions Things You'll Need Service manual for your year and model of Audi Floor jack Two jack stands Wheel chocks Replacement rotors for your year and model of Audi Hex socket wrenches and socket set Phillips head screwdrivers Flat head screwdrivers Pliers Tire iron Twist ties Step by Step : 1 Park the Audi on a flat surface and put the parking brake on. If you will be replacing the front rotors first, place wheel chocks behind the rear wheels. If you're replacing the rear rotors first, place wheel chocks behind the front wheels. 2 Slide the floor jack under a solid part of the car frame on the end of the car that you'll be working on first. Carefully pump the jack and raise the car until it's high enough to slide jack stands underneath. 3 Slide two jack stands under the car on opposite sides of the end you're working on. Make sure they're positioned under solid parts of the frame. With the stands in place, carefully lower the jack until the car is resting on the stands, then pull the jack out. 4 Approach the first wheel you want to work on and use the tire iron to remove all of the wheel lug nuts. When the lug nuts are off, pull the tire toward you to remove the entire tire and wheel assembly. 5 Study the caliper and brake pad assembly clamped to the rotor, and if you have a service manual for your car, open it up to a diagram of this assembly. The goal is to determine exactly how the caliper assembly is held together. On many Audis, there is a thin wire clip that surrounds the entire caliper assembly, but this may not be present. You should also see one or two bolts holding the caliper itself in place, and another series of bolts holding the caliper mount against the rotor. 6 Remove the wire clip, if applicable, using a pair of pliers. 7 Use a hex socket wrench or screwdriver, depending on your caliper bolt style, to remove the bolt or bolts holding the outside of the caliper against the caliper mount. When you do this, the caliper will come loose. Make sure you support the caliper and do not allow it to dangle from the brake line. 8 Attach the caliper to the underside of the frame using twist ties so that it will not dangle from the brake line. Allowing the caliper to dangle may damage the brake line, which is very dangerous. 9 Pull the two brake pads, which should now be exposed, out of the brake caliper mount. Step by Step : 10 Remove the bolts holding the brake caliper mount onto the rotor. This will require either a hex socket wrench or a screwdriver, depending on the bolt design. Pull the mount off of the rotor when the bolts have been removed. Step by Step : 11 Slide the old rotor off the wheel spindle. Step by Step : 12 Slide the new rotor onto the wheel spindle. Step by Step : 13 Put the brake caliper mount back on the rotor in the same position it was installed on the older one. Insert the bolts and tighten them all back down. Step by Step : 14 Slide the brake pads back into place in the caliper mount. Step by Step : 15 Take the twist ties off of the brake caliper and place it on top of the caliper mount. Replace the bolts holding the caliper together and tighten them down. Step by Step : 16 Slide the tire and wheel assembly back onto the wheel spindle and tighten down all of the lug nuts. Step by Step : 17 Repeat steps four through sixteen on the other wheel on the same end of the car. Step by Step : 18 Slide the floor jack back under the frame and pump it up so that the car rises and inch or so above the jack stands. Remove the jack stands, then slowly lower the car off the jack. If a brake rotor on the van has any deep grooves from worn out brakes and can't be refinished any lower, the rotor needs to be replaced. A rotor has the caliper mounted on it and the wheel in front of it, requiring you to remove both before removing and replacing the rotor. Difficulty:Challenging Instructions Things You'll Need Jack stands Siphon Lug wrench C-clamp Caliper pin removal tool Hammer Wire Locking pliers Tweezers Hooked tool Step by Step : 1 Raise and support the van's front end on jackstands. Remove the wheel from the rotor; loosening the lug nuts before raising the vehicle will make the wheel easier to remove. Siphon out part of the brake fluid from the master cylinder. 2 Disconnect and remove the brake caliper from the rotor. Compress the caliper piston into its bore with a C-clamp, then drive the caliper pins out with a hammer and caliper pin removal tool, starting with the upper pin. Remove the caliper and hang it somewhere secure from a strong wire--don't hang it by the brake hose. 3 Remove the cap in the center of the rotor hub with locking pliers. Remove the cotter pin from the spindle with large tweezers, pull out the castellated retainer and retaining nut, pry out the flat washer with a hooked tool and remove the outer hub bearings. 4 Pull the rotor off of the spindle, making sure you don't slide the inner bearings across the spindle threads. 5 Place the new hub and rotor on the spindle, keeping it centered on the spindle so you won't damage the spindle threads or retainer. Replace the washer and retaining nut, making sure the nut is tight enough to secure the rotor while still allowing it to spin, then replace the retainer, cotter pin and cap. 6 Reconnect the caliper to the rotor, wiping away any dirt on the mounting surfaces first. Use new caliper pins, positioning each pin between the caliper and spindle grooves and tapping them inward with a hammer until the pin's retention tabs touch the spindle face. Start with the upper pin. 7 Reinstall the wheel to the van, tightening the lug nuts to between 85 and 115 foot-pounds. Lower the van, fill the brake master cylinder if needed and test the brakes for proper operation.
